The Research And Design Of Railroad Rail Settlement Monitoring System

The settlement of railroad rail is very easy to cause accidents,so it is necessary to consider the problem of railroad rail settlement in the project.At present,railroad rail settlement monitoring method cannot monitor long and real-time rail online.However,the long-term,timely and effective monitoring of railroad rail settlement is of great significance for reducing the rail settlement disaster and improving the use time of railway rail.The device not only accurately collects the information of railroad rail settlement through laser displacement sensor and vibration sensor,but also the studies and designs the main control module,data transmission module,serial communication module,data storage module and power module.First introduced the rail settlement monitoring device and the existing research status of settlement monitoring and analysis device according to demand,this paper proposes the overall design scheme of the device,and the key technologies used in the design are introduced,including laser displacement sensor and vibration sensor.Secondly,the hardware circuit design and related functions of rail settlement monitoring device are introduced,and the design idea and implementation principle of the laser displacement sensor are introduced in detail.Thirdly,the functions and design ideas of each module of the monitoring center of rail settlement monitoring device are introduced.Finally,the railroad rail settlement monitoring device is applied to the monitoring of the actual settlement point.The rail settlement monitoring results show that the device has the characteristics of real-time,high accuracy and low price.It has been applied to the monitoring,and has effectively reduced the impact of rail sinking on railway operation.
