At some level,the history of human society is also a history of war art,and it is a history of weapons.Since at the beginning of the second world war,even if the cluster munitions dud rate is high,the lack of self-destruction function and great harm to civilians,but its wide range of killing and the lethality of the coverings have led to its important role in the military war.For humanitarian purposes at the same time to keep the cluster munitions irreplaceable military position,by improving the internal structure of the fuze so that the cartridge fuse has the function of transiting from the safe state to the arming,and then to the safe state.With in low speed bullet touches the ground as the research background,combination with using Workbench15.0,ANSYS Ls-dyna,LS-ProPost,software for numerical simulation analysis,through the establishment of virtual prototype,division of grid,restrictions and initial condition calculation the change of sub-munition fuze physical parameters,such as shock overloading,is caused by touches the ground impact.By using bullets fuze impact overload signal design relief device of touches the ground.The device is activated and the fuse is in armed state.When after sub-munition touch attack target or the ground is not normal firing,relief devices function and turn into the safety state.Sub-munition fuze adopts sliding-block blasting mechanism.The ADAMS mechanical system dynamic analysis software was used to simulate the kinematics of the touchdown release device,and the motion process was obtained after the device was stimulated.The simulation results show that the design suitable for material density of sensing device of the touchdown release device meets the requirements of work,and the fuze can be recovered from the standby state to the security state.So the security of the full life cycle of the sub-munition fuze can be realized.The innovation point is offered new proposals that sub-munition fuze touchdown release device.And sub-munition hit the ground with any angle,even in 0 angle,be able to achieve the transition from the arming state to the safety state.
