Space electromagnetic docking is a space service technology and is a hot topic in the aerospace field.At present,the thruster in the final stage of space docking is closed,the power is not controllable,rigid rigid docking is performed by inertia,and it lacks the ability to control sudden situations.Therefore,in order to solve the problem that the power in the final period of docking cannot be controlled,rigid rigid docking problems rely on inertia,and space electromagnetic docking technology emerges.It uses the electromagnetic device that generates electromagnetic force on the spacecraft to reduce the inertia force of the docking process in real time to complete docking.This not only can effectively avoid the problem of rigid docking due to inertia,but also has the key to the space docking with continuous,reversible and non-contact control capabilities.One of the technologies.Therefore,this dissertation designs a space electromagnetic butt locking release mechanism with small mass,small volume,and simple function.Through the relevant dynamics and structural mechanics,the simulation analysis of the mechanism and electromagnetic device selection are studied and analyzed.In this paper,the innovation of the electromagnetic docking mechanism is a press-type rotary locking mechanism,and the working principle and related parameters of the rotary lock transfer release technology are described and calculated,and the feasibility of the technology is demonstrated through simulation analysis.The success of docking of the space electromagnetic docking mechanism depends on the tolerance performance(position and posture tolerance)of the docking mechanism,so the tolerance determines the success and failure of the docking process.Therefore,this paper analyzes whether the electromagnetic docking mechanism can be successfully docked in certain position tolerances and posture tolerances.Mainly through the ADAMS dynamics simulation software docking mechanism docking feasibility in different positions tolerance tolerance position to carry out simulationanalysis,and then determine the maximum position tolerance and attitude tolerance;At the same time,it also analyzes the relevant dynamic parameters affecting the docking process The feasibility of the docking mechanism is well analyzed by simulation.Then,this paper analyzes the impact of acceleration overload and vibration impact on the electromagnetic docking mechanism in the launch process and space movement process.Using ANSYS Workbench simulation software,the space electromagnetic electromagnetic connection mechanism receives acceleration,vibration impact and the key parts of the docking mechanism.The strength was analyzed to determine whether the docking mechanism satisfies the strength requirements during the lift-off and space movement.Finally,the electromagnetic device shape,size,and number of turns of the coil were determined under the conditions of size,mass,and power of the electromagnetic device in the electromagnetic docking mechanism.The electromagnetic force simulation calculation was performed by Ansoft Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software,and the layout of the electromagnetic docking device model was studied through the software.
