Docking mechanism of the mini-satellite is the key equipment for theservice spacecraft and awaiting spacecraft, it is one of the key technologies in thefield of space docking that the development of docking mechanism andsimulation analysis. In order to make docking mechanism has a reasonabledesign and ensure that it has good performance, it is very necessary to conductdynamics analysis and simulation before design, with mathematical analysis andcomputer simulation software of the simulation analysis, we can achieve dockingmechanism of scientific and standardized, together with performance testanalysis in safety and efficient.In this paper, taking it as a research object that docking mechanism for themini-satellite applying to spacecraft docking, it puts forward the design schemeand comparative analysis, mathematical model of grasping docking mechanism isestablished by using the mathematical methods, as well as kinematics anddynamics parameter equation, it conducts the simulation analysis of dockingmechanism by computer, finally, physical prototype is manufactured, and thenit’s taken performance and function test. Concrete contents as follows:According to the design requirements of grasping docking mechanism, aftercomprehensive comparison with grasping docking mechanism of the domesticand overseas, this paper provides two kinds of design scheme. By comparingtheir advantages and disadvantages, the selected scheme is chosen betweendifferent alternatives, then the paper analyzes and demonstrates the selectedscheme, improving the function of the selected scheme.Mathematical model of grasping docking mechanism is established by usingthe mathematical methods, this paper analyzes the contact and collision problems in the process of grasping, and it also establish Kinematics and dynamicsparameter equation by using the Newton-Euler mathematical method. Analysis ofthe contact force is made by using Hertz contact theory, the buffer forcemathematical analysis are introduced, and buffer parameter equation are obtained.Grasping mechanism model is established by using the Pro/e software in thispaper, we can get the dynamics simulation by using the dynamics analysissoftware ADAMS after unicode transformation formats, including the curves ofmechanism motion features and dynamical parameter, and the force and bufferare analyzed in the process of grasping.Through the simulation analysis with the computer, it can be verified thatthe rationality of design scheme, and physical prototype is manufactured. Inallusion to the static parameters and the analysis of motion detection of thephysical prototype, the essay confirms the rationality of design scheme togetherwith meeting the requirements of the design.
