The third step of China’s manned space is to establish a long-term large orbiting space station.Space rendezvous and docking station is an indispensable space activity in the process of each compartment in-orbit assembly,space transportation and on-orbit maintenance.Based on China’s future space station mission requirements and researching and absorbing domestic and foreign existing docking mechanism design technology of the simulation platform,this paper design a new docking mechanism simulation platform,and the main research content is as follows:First of all,combined with the research status of domestic and overseas docking technology and docking mechanism simulation platform,this paper analyzes the mathematical model according to the requirements of the docking process and structure design and studies its reliability to prove that the docking mechanism system simulation platform can make the docking mission requirements come true.And analogy for existing docking platform system,the docking machine docking simulation platform highlight the advantage on a wide range of docking.Second,establishing the physical model of docking mechanism simulation platform in the SolidWorks circumstances,and analyzing the dangerous parts of platform to simplify its dangerous parts in ANSYS simulation circumstances and then do statics analysis,this paper can be concluded that the docking mechanism structure meet the statics characteristic of simulation platform.Due to the fact that certain dangerous parts of the docking mechanism simulation platform are the inside and outside turntable and the Z axis direction,do the modal analysis and transient response analysis on the basis of these parts.The results show that the design of the dangerous parts of the space docking mechanism simulation platform can satisfy the requirements of the function of the space docking.Big joint stiffness,structural strength and stiffness in the working state all meet the requirements,high reliability,which illustrates the docking mechanism of the simulation platform satisfies the dynamics characteristics.Finally,according to the research conclusion,this paper gives some suggestions and prospects of further research to the space docking mechanism simulation platform.
