Protection And Using Research On The FAW Historical And Cultural Blocks Under The Perspective Of Urban Renaissance

Changchun is one of the core city of northeast old industrial base in China and left the city is rich in industrial sites,and how to deal with the relationship between industrial heritage inner city and the city development in the process of urbanization,is the continuation of Changchun urban context,the key to keep citizens emotional memory carrier.The FAW historical and cultural blocks,which is to be studied in this paper,are based on the social background of today's urban transformation and development.The theory of urban renaissance originates from the UK,which is a good guide to the revival of the urban decay area in the country,which is widely used and developed by the European and American countries.Under the guidance of the theory of city renewal,this paper points some conservation and utilization of the FAW historical and cultural blocks.first,the introduction part describes the source of this topic and the research background,expounds the origin and development of urban renewal theory and practice in western countries,this paper introduces the article studies the purpose,methods and significance,thesis research framework is given.Next,the research object is analyzed in detail,including the historical context and background of the FAW historical and cultural district,the physical environment of the block and the problems of protection and utilization.The third chapter from the Angle of the urban renewal of theoretical research,this paper discusses the block type of industrial heritage,block features and where social environment,to protect and exploit strategy provides the basis of the fact that blocks;Finally,on the basis of studying the former three chapters,the fourth chapter puts forward the principles for the FAW historical and cultural blocks revival and strategy,and made a short-term,medium-term and long-term in stages of blocks to revive the planning and design,the forward to the prospect for the Renaissance after the block.As a guiding theory to revitalize urban decay,urban Renaissance is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of most industrial cities in China.Taking the FAW historical and cultural district of Changchun city as an example,this paper puts forward a detailed planning strategy for the neighborhood revitalization through detailed investigation and reconstruction theory.At the same time,the paper also hopes to give some value to the revitalization of other industrial cities in China.
