In recent years,many cities in our country are driven by the economic interests,and then they tend to be model,homogenization development,so that the urban characteristics become not bright and traditional culture vanished,the single-mode of “every city has the same feature” appeared.At the same time,in order to speed up urban development,beautify the urban image,the blocks in old cities which bear the historical memory and cultural venation is facing the aspect of dismantling and rebuilding.But this kind of historical site will difficultly be restoring the old as the old because of the effects of funds,technology and policy while rebuilding.And it can not inherit the historical culture entirely.While a few historical and cultural blocks which survived in tearing down and building,also become the shanty town in the city due to the aged infrastructure and other reasons.During the urbanization process,the contradiction between the inheritance and development become more and more salient,governments at all levels and more and more far-sighted personage realize the important position of the historical and cultural blocks in cultural inheritance,and actively find the effective ways of protection and renaissance.Comparing with western countries,the historical and cultural blocks protection in our country started a little late.The concept of historical and cultural blocks had been put forward and set about protecting formally in 1980 s,though it has gotten the periodical achievement until now,such as the relevant laws and regulations become generally sound,the protection and practice has been continuously deepen and improve,but in general,the protection of historical and cultural blocks in our country is still in the exploratory stage,it has not formed a mature protection system yet.Jingdezhen is one of the initial historic cities in our country,the long ceramics culture forms the unique urban morphology and features.But with the continuous development of cities,the characterized old towns have been replacing by the modern new towns gradually,the numbers of historical and cultural blocks in the area due to the change of circumstances and improper protection,the historical sites were lost.Under the background like this,finding a scientific and reasonable way to do the protection and renaissance of the historical and cultural blocks in Jingdezhen is the important project that needs to be solved.The project take the Jingdezhen Bijialong historical and cultural blocks for the object of study,combined with the upper planning and SWOT analysis,taking the “Protect the historic city's feature,Promote historic city's culture”as the theme of protection and renaissance.Meanwhile,on the basis of obeying the protection principle of authenticity and integrality,absorbing the effective measure of the classic work for the historical and cultural blocks protection at home and aboard,aiming at the human settlement and tourism development and then raise the appropriate programme,and confirm the key points of the recent project through AHP,achieve the protection and renaissance of Bijialong by steps and stages.
