| Infrared imaging temperature measurement technology is a modern, non-contact non-destructive testing technique.This technology has been applied to many fields, including the field of asphalt pavement construction.During the construction of the asphalt pavement,the early damage of asphalt pavement has an important relationship with asphalt temperature, and transportation from the mixing site to the construction site is the focus of asphalt temperature. Therefore, this study is using infrared imaging technology to study the temperature variation of the hot asphalt mixture during transportation, in order to better to control the temperature of hot asphalt mixture.Firstly the advantages and disadvantages of various temperature measurement methods are compared and analyzed..Studied and analyzed the working principle of imaging infrared temperature measurement methods. According to requirement of the construction site,took infrared imager G120 as the test instrument. Analyzed the infrared imager G120 and the Inf Rec Analyzer NS9500 Lite.Secondly studied reasons of error infrared measure temperature,and made sure of the optimum of measuring distance and angle. Used a new method to make sure the Radiation rate of car dumper board, canvas and asphalt in the current environment.Used infrared imager G120 to measuring temperature of the outer surface of the dump truck during transportation, and aggregated temperature results. To verify the correctness of the temperature variation,studied the temperature of asphalt mixture during unloading.Lastly studied the theory of asphalt temperature during transportation, and simulated asphalt temperature during transportation with ANSYS software. Compared simulation results and real results,and obtained the same trend. Based on the results, the temperature of the dump truck and dump truck upper canvas is the most serious loss,and made suggestions for improvement.So this study has some reference to the improvement of thermal insulation measures. |
