| Due to the advantages of short construction period,good anti-seismic performance and effective saving of land,steel structure houses are more and more applied to practical projects.The floor system occupies a very important position in the steel structure residence,and this paper has carried on the deep theory and simulation research on the reinforced truss-wheat straw concrete slabs.Steel truss-wheat straw concrete one-way slab as a new type of composite floor slab,in steel truss-LouCheng plate,on the basis of engineering advantage,also has the straw concrete light quality,heat preservation performance is good,has the advantages of large intensity,cost savings,and realized the rational use of straw,reduce the environmental pollution produced by burning straw crops,achieved the effect of green environmental protection and energy saving.In order to study the mechanical properties of reinforced truss-wheat straw concrete slabs,this paper USES the finite element analysis software to model the concrete slabs of reinforced truss-wheat straw.The simulation results show that the thickness of steel plate at the bottom has a great influence on the force performance and stiffness of the one-way plate,which is one of the main factors.The diameter of the steel bar is the largest.And the diameter of the bar is basically no influence.In this paper,it is considered that there is no bottom steel plate,the bottom steel plate is fully stressed,the effective width of the bottom steel plate is considered,and the normal section under the influence of the shear bearing capacity of the interface welded joints is studied theoretically.The formula of the bending bearing capacity of the normal section is given,and the formula is compared and analyzed with the finite element simulation value,and the recommended formula for the flexural capacity of the one-way plate is given.Based on method of stiffness analytic method and the effective moment of inertia and stiffness calculation of one-way slab in the use ofphase,compared with finite element simulation analysis,gives a one-way slab stiffness calculation formula recommended using stage. |
