With the rapid development of national economy,steel structure system has become more and more important position in the construction industry,and the floor slab structure is an important part of steel structure system,therefore the research of steel structure floor slab system is crucial.From now on,the steel structure floor system generally develops towards light quality,high strength,standardized production of components and rapid construction speed.In this paper,the reinforced truss-wheat straw concrete bi-directional plate is suitable for the development of steel structure floor system.This kind of floor slab structure system does not need to support die,disassemble the mold and so on during the construction stage,and the ligation of the site rebar is small,accelerate the construction period progress.The steel plate at the bottom of normal use can be used as tensile reinforcement,which increases the bearing capacity and rigidity of the floor,and has the characteristics of light,high strength and heat preservation.Therefore,this kind of floor board can be regarded as an ideal new structure system,and will have broad development space in the construction industry.Based on the above situation,this paper studies the new floor structure.First,through the method of trial distribution,the LC30 wheat straw concrete can be used for reinforcing steel truss-wheat straw concrete bidirectional plate.Then,based on the characteristics of the reinforced truss bi-directional plate,the mechanical properties of the slab are theoretically analyzed,and the initial calculation formula of the flexural capacity and stiffness of the slab is obtained.Using ABAQUS finite element software,the simulation analysis of the bottom of the bottom plate,plate thickness,the slab span,presence of diagonal reinforcement,boundary conditions and other factors affect the performance of the two-way steel truss plate stress.Finally,the calculation formula of bearing capacity and stiffness of reinforced truss-wheat straw concrete bidirectional plate is derived by comparing the simulation results of ABAQUS finite element software with the theoretical calculation results.This paper provides a useful reference for the follow-up study on reinforcement truss bidirectional plate.
