In view of the inherent defects of the permanent magnet leading to many technical problems in the application,this paper studies a new structure of salient motor which the stator and rotor excited by the auxiliary excitation winding,instead of the permanent magnet.A new type of axial electric excitation doubly salient motor control system is proposed,and the special structure and static model of the motor are analyzed.On the basis of the mathematical model and working principle,using the sensorless control based on the high frequency pulse injection method to control the conduction and turn off of IGBT,and then adding the speed PID control and current chopping control to realize the stable operation of the motor.Finally,the prototype hardware test platform is built,and the motor performance is tested with the software programming.There are mainly the following aspects:(1)By analyzing and comparing domestic and foreign electric excitation doubly salient motor,starting with the flux path and structure characteristics of the motor,the structure and working principle of the new axial electric doubly salient motor are studied,and the difference and advantages of the motor are analyzed.the special static model and the mathematical model of the motor are derived.The control circuit is designed according to the structural characteristics of the motor.(2)Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS,a three-dimensional finite element model is established to analyze the magnetic field distribution and motor operation.Flux linkage characteristic curve,inductance characteristic curve and torque-angle characteristic curve are obtained through a lot of static simulation,and electromagnetic properties,inductance change curve and current curve in continuous running are also obtained by dynamic simulation.(3)The ontology model is deduced according to the special structure and mathematical model of motor in MATLAB/Simulink,and position-sensorless control scheme is proposed based on the high frequency pulse current injection method.And the control system simulation model is set up based on current chopping control and speed PID control,then current,speed and torque characteristics is obtained by the simulation.The influence of different excitation current to the motor speed is analyzed.(4)Based on the control theory of the motor,the hardware experimental platform of the control system is built on the basis of simulation.Develop the control system with TMS320F28335 DSP as the core,design the speed detection circuit and current detection circuit.And the scheme of the power converter based on the IGBT is determined,welded and debugged.On the basis of the hardware circuit,CCS6.0 software is applied for software programming and debugging to realize the control system's real time control.The accuracy and rationality of the control system of the new axial electro-magnetic doubly salient motor are verified by analyzing the test results.
