RV reducer is a new type of cycloid decelerator.Because of its high transmission precision,small return,high transmission efficiency,large transmission ratio,low vibration,high stiffness and high reliability,the RV reducer is widely used in all kinds of mechanical equipment.In RV transmission,the core transmission part is cycloid drive,while the core part of cycloid drive is cycloid gear.Its accuracy directly affects the transmission accuracy,stability and even overall performance of RV reducer.In order to compensate the manufacturing and installation error of the cycloid wheel,the elastic deformation and thermal deformation of the cycloid wheel and the needle wheel meshing process,and meet the needs of lubrication,it is necessary to require the reasonable modification amount of the cycloid tooth profile.In order to meet the actual work requirements of the RV reducer and meet the requirements of high precision and high bearing in the RV reducer,the following work has been carried out on the basis of the present study of the repair of the cycloid wheel.(1)On the basis of summarizing the existing research achievements,the formation principle of the cycloid tooth profile curve is expounded,the structure and function characteristics of the RV reducer are introduced.Through the analysis of the performance of the cycloid tooth profile,the basic parameters and geometric dimensions of the cycloid are theoretically analyzed,and the main factors affecting the transmission quality of the RV reducer are analyzed..(2)Analysis of the five basic way of modification,compare and analyze the traditional combination modification methods,combine the performance requirements of RV reducer,and use the negative equidistant and positive shift combination modification methods as the basic modification methods.To meet the high-precision and high-load requirements of the RV reducer,the genetic algorithm and the particle swarm algorithm were used to obtain the optimized shape of the cycloid gear profile.(3)To establish the RV reducer machine model to analyze the movement characteristics,and the transient dynamic analysis is carried out on the second stage transmission which affects the key of the transmission of the reducer of the reducer.The bearing capacity of the meshing teeth of the modified cycloid wheel in the RV reducer is calculated,and the number of teeth in the same time is calculated,and the iteration method is used to calculate the tooth number.The meshing force of the first contact pair is obtained under the actual meshing condition,and the deformation and stress distribution of the modified cycloid gear is obtained by ANSYS Workbench analysis.
