RV reducer is widely used in robot joints,micro-devices,test instruments,etc.due to its high transmission precision,large transmission ratio,compact structure and long service life.The cycloidal wheel is the core transmission component of the RV reducer.Good profile modification will improve the transmission efficiency,load capacity,service life and noise of the RV reducer.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the RV reducer pendulum.The research on the shape modification of the wire wheel provides a theoretical basis for the design of the shape modification of the cycloidal wheel.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Research on the force profile of the cycloidal pin gear and the profile modification of the cycloidal gear.Through the geometric analysis of the cycloidal pinwheel,the numerical analysis model of the cycloidal pinion transmission is established.Through the numerical analysis and calculation,the maximum contact force and position of the cycloidal pin wheel during the meshing process are obtained by iterative method;This paper introduces several commonly used shaping methods,and proposes a new type of cycloidal tooth profile modification method,which analyzes its tooth profile shape,tooth profile contact force and initial meshing clearance,etc.,and proves its rationality.(2)Research on the lubrication characteristics of the profile of the cycloidal gear.On the basis of the force analysis model of the cycloidal pin gear,a numerical analysis model of finite length thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication is established at the maximum position of the cycloid gear tooth force,and the finite difference method is used to discretize the dimensionless equation.The iterative method is used to solve the numerical analysis model.The influence of the shape modification parameters on the grease pressure distribution,film thickness distribution,temperature distribution and friction loss power is analyzed.The oil film thickness and friction of various common modification methods under the same tooth gap are discussed.Loss of power.(3)Research on precision characteristics of cycloidal pinion transmission.Based on the research of lubrication characteristics,considering the thickness of grease film and the elastic deformation during meshing,the numerical analysis model of the hysteresis accuracy of cycloidal pinion transmission is established.The geometry method is used to solve the regression formula of each modification method.The shape modification method is affected by the hysteresis under the same tooth gap.(4)Optimization design of profile modification of cycloidal pin gear.For the common shape modification method of the cycloidal gear,the comprehensive optimization of the tooth profile repair lubrication effect and the backlash influence is the objective function,and the shape modification parameter is used as the design variable to establish a multi-objective optimization model,and the multi-objective optimization algorithm is adopted.The optimization model is solved to obtain the optimal solution.The new profile of the cycloidal wheel is drawn by using the obtained modified design parameters,and its experimental verification is carried out to prove its rationality.The above research has certain reference significance for the design of the shape adjustment parameters of the cycloidal gear.
