Study On The Transformation Design From Closed Residential Community To Residential Block In Zhengzhou

In recent years,with the economic,social and urban development of Zhengzhou,the disadvantages of the closed residential community model have gradually emerged,which have caused a variety of urban problems that severely constrain the healthy development of the city and it is difficult to satisfy people’s needs for a livable environment.The residential block model has gradually become an ideal residential area form,because of its advantages in improving the relationship between residential areas and cities,alleviating urban traffic congestion,optimizing urban spatial forms,rationally allocating resources,and shaping urban vitality.According to the status quo of Zhengzhou City,it is an effective way to improve the urban problems in the built environment.The first chapter of the thesis focuses on the transformation from closed residential community to residential block in Zhengzhou.It reviews the development history and research progress of relevant residential communities and residential neighborhoods at home and abroad,and summarizes their development experience and related theories.The second chapter of this thesis firstly analyzes the characteristics of residential districts in different areas in Zhengzhou,and then makes a distinction between the relocation of closed residential districts.,Along with this,the insufficiency of the research on evaluating the block transformation of closed residential quarters in China was discussed.Finally,FAHP is applied to the transformation of specific closed residential community,and the evaluation of the suitability of the transformation from closed residential community to residential block in Zhengzhou is relatively effective.The third chapter of the thesis focuses on the multiple urban problems caused by closed residential communities in Zhengzhou.The principles of the block transformation were proposed from the perspectives of the degree and the typical approaches to the transformation of block-based blocks were explored,which includes overall system planning,emphasis on cultural inheritance of residential areas,maintenance of residential safety,optimization of living environment,livelihood,promotion of neighborhood vitality,resource sharing,reduction of owners,damage to legal rights of the paper analyzes the causes of the large-scale closed blocks in Zhengzhou and suand organic renewal.The fourth chapter mmarizes them.According to the characteristics of the transportation layout,architectural layout,and green landscape layout of the residential community in Zhengzhou,the specific design methods for the transformation of the block are proposed one by one from a macroscopic and microscopic perspective.Based on the above research results.In the fifth chapter of the dissertation,the"21st Century Community" and "An Tai Jia Yuan Community" in Zhengzhou were selected as the typical cases,and the related design of the block transformation was carried out.
