Transformation Of Outdoor Space In Old Residential Area In Beijing Under The Concept Of Healthy Housing

The transformation of old and old residential areas in Beijing has gradually become a hot issue in the society in recent years.The environment of old and old residential areas,which was built before 90s,has gradually deteriorated,and the growing demand for residents has produced a contradiction with the increasingly dilapidated living environment.Improving the old community has become an urgent problem.Since 2012,Beijing has begun large-scale renovation of old communities.In the existing reform,the main focus of the work is mainly focused on the reconstruction level of the building seismic energy saving and residential environment renovation,and the public space design of the higher level residents' daily communication and spiritual life needs has not been discussed in depth.The aging of the building itself is a problem that needs to be solved and has made certain achievements.But the aging of public space has brought the needs of the residents and the space environment limited by old and old communities,and there is a certain gap between the quality of the outer space and the new residential area.And the concept of healthy housing is concerned about the higher demand for the material environment.Health not only includes the health of the residents,but also the mental health and social health.This puts forward that we should pay attention to the high level needs of the residents' physical and mental comfort and health in the design of the residential area's environment.This study,guided by the concept of healthy housing,finds out the problems faced by the existing old and old communities in the space of communication activities and analyzes the problems.Finally,a new space design method is put forward from the value orientation of health to form an effective reform strategy to provide some reference for the reconstruction planning of the old and old small areas.This paper is divided into five chapters:the first part is the definition of research object,research significance,related research review,research methods and technology roadmap.The second chapter describes the conceptual problems faced in the stud including health housing,the understanding of the environment outside the residential area,the explanation of the existing regulations and the brief introduction of the current reform work.The third chapter analyzes the problem of outdoor activity space,introduces the classification of space and the psychological function of environment for residents,and lists possible transformation elements.The fourth chapter puts forward a framework for exploring the spatial attributes,and tries to put forward a transformation strategy from three aspects:roads,squares and facilities.The fifth chapter is the detailed design of outdoor space environment transformation for the octagonal community and the Tuanjiehu community based on the transformation strategy of healthy housing.
