Because of the quantity of residential district constructing is close to 1/2 quantity of the whole urban construction, the landscape environment in urban residential district is directly influencing the level of urban landscape and urban eco-environment.The quality of the residential environment has much relationship with human being's health.Unreasonable design for the residential landscape environment has caused a lot of trouble to human being's physiology, mental health and behavior, threatening human being's mental and physical health。To strengthen the research on landscape environment in urban residential districts and improve landscape environment in urban residential districts, are pressing.As time goes, a profound on the understanding of health concept change has taken place during the continuous recognition process of human beings to human—nature relation。The health concept must contain physiological, psychological, social factors as well as other various healthy factors, such as morality,wisdom and joy and so on。It is no longer only the medical question, but the synthesized coordination of each department。Then the healthy landscape design is just the humanized design, taking the human being as the central design, the ultimate objective of which is for the health of human beings。Therefore, the healthy landscape design will become the one of the current and coming major trend of landscape planning and design inevitably。However, how to take the healthy idea into landscape design becomes a topic of the current studies。To accomplish the research work, quite a few methods have been adopted,mainly as the theories-and-cases studying, which explores the theories and methods for landscape planning and design that are suitable for the current situation in China.studying the Chinese and foreign design theories about the landscape design, integrating the important design theories, such as landscape planning and design, Enviroment psychology, behavior study and ecological design theory and so on, Based on the problems of the landscape construction, This paper put forward the concept"The Healthy landscape"。Then the paper proved the necessity and the feasibility of Healthy landscape, and further confirms its goal and significance。The residential landscape environment created by the healthy landscape design can not only provide each kind of matter of the maintenance of life vigor for the people, but can satisfy people in the physiological psychological and social regular needs.After the processing research systematically, the thesis proposes the three elements of the healthy landscape,which is the healthy ecological environment, the healthy space(the user's physiological and psychological health), and the healthy social environment.Taking out the summary ideas,this paper proposes the design principles of the healthy landscape design.The healthy landscape design of the urban resident must follow the seven principles:the principle of ecological, the principle of the humanity and humane, the principle of interest, the principle of physiological adaptation, psychological adaptation principle, the principle of adaptive behavior, social adaptation principle, in order to achieve the purpose of health requirements for the users from the "three elements".Finally,through the exact examples of landscape design in urban residengtial district,the theory on advancement,the suggestion is further discussed in the thesis with reflection and suggestions provided.The paper also summarizes the results of the research.
