Study On Optimal Design Of Rural Housing In Underdeveloped Areas Of Jilin Province

In recent years,with the city rural urbanization,farmers’ productive living conditions have been greatly improved,farmers began to pay attention to their own residential and living environment is optimized and improved.At the same time,China has issued many relevant policies to promote the construction of a new socialist countryside,the modern rural residential gradually realize upgrading.But the current optimization rural residential update guidance and unified management of the lack of professional architects,there is great blindness in the process of rural residential construction: whether it is a continuation of ancient construction practices,or the foreign "villa","villa" mechanically,will lead to rural residential use in the process A series of problems,such as the increase of building energy consumption,environmental pollution;residential land is too large,a waste of space;architectural function layout is not reasonable,can not meet the production needs of farmers;residential lack of insulation measures,resulting in a waste of building heating energy expenditure and so on.So how to solve the existing problems of rural housing.And in less developed rural residential economic status of the rural areas in the improvement and optimization of the road,is a contemporary architect should consider the issue。The research object of this paper is the rural residence in the underdeveloped rural areas.Taking Wanbao Town,Taonan City as an example,the present situation of the local rural housing is obtained through investigationand analysis combined with other data.Find out how to solve the outstanding problems and optimization suggestions of rural housing in Marlborough.At the same time,through the simple introduction and comparison of the renewal and optimization examples of rural housing in other rural areas of the country,this paper summarizes the general law of the renewal and optimization design of rural housing in China.On the basis of field investigation,the paper summarizes the architectural characteristics of rural housing types in underdeveloped areas of Han nationality concentrated areas in Jilin Province,and considers the existing problems of local geographical environment and villagers’ economic situation.The village appearance and the rural individual proposed the realistic renewal,the optimization plan.This paper is divided into six chapters,each of which is summarized as follows:Chapter one: introduction.The research background,purpose and significance of this paper are discussed.The main scope of this paper is determined by the current research situation at home and abroad as well as the contents and methods of the research.Chapter two: analysis of related concepts and examples.The present situation of rural housing in China,the causes of the status quo are combed,combined with the research and practice of relevant cases to sum up the experience.Chapter three: the present situation of rural residence in Wanbao Town,Taonan City,Jilin Province.This chapter is divided into two parts,the first part discusses the basic natural situation of Wanbao Town,Taonan City,Jilin Province.Then sum up the existing problems of rural residence in Wanbao Town according to the above investigation.The fourth chapter: the optimization design countermeasure of Wanbao Town,Taonan City,Jilin Province.Based on the research results obtained in the third chapter,the author puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the design of local rural residential buildings in the aspects of courtyard,monomer,building structure and enclosure structure,energy utilization and so on.The optimal design is proposed.
