In view of the actual collision situation of the double hull oil tanker,the relationship between the liquid cargo and the structure damage of the collision ship is explored by numerical simulation.The main content of this paper are as follows:First,the numerical method and theory of ship collision and cabin liquid cargo response in cabin are expounded.The research methods and material parameters are determined,which provides a theoretical basis for establishing the collision model of double hull oil tanker considering liquid cargo response.Second,the numerical simulation model for collision of the struck ship is set up by nonlinear finite element software.The research is carried out from the aspects of loading and no-loading,the different viscosity of liquid cargo and the different striking speed.The impact of liquid cargo on ship collision characteristics under the condition of the struck ship with loading is explored by comparing the variation of collision force,energy absorption and damage deformation during collision process.The research results show that the existence of liquid cargo makes the shell burst time postponed,but the ultimate damage is greater.However,the change of viscosity in the cargo tank has no obvious effect on the collisiont damage within the scope of this study.Third,the numerical simulation model for collision of the struck ship is established by using the finite element method.The research is carried out from the different loading condition,different cabin cargo liquid viscosity and different striking speed.By comparing the parameter of collision force,energy absorption and striking depth in collision process,the impact of liquid cargo of the striking ship on the ship collision characteristics is explored.The results show that the impact of the viscosity change of the liquid cargo on the structural damage is not obvious.The impact of liquid cargo on the cabin will weaken the damage of the ship collision within the scope of this study,and the smaller the striking speed,the better the effect will be.In this paper,the analysis of the response of liquid cargo and structural damage process of double hull oil tanker under collision loads provides a theoretical basis for the crashworthiness design of the ship.
