The Research And Restore Design Of Shizheju In Qing Dynasty

The thesis sorts out and studies the relevant historical documents and the archives of the Qing Palace of Chengde Mountain Resort.On the basis of full investigation and measurement of the architectural site of Shizheju,first of all,the thesis proceeds from the subjective thought of Qianlong and the objective social background to analyze.Secondly,it discusses and studies the origin of the establishment and the idea of the name of Shizheju.And then,it analyzes the geomantic pattern of Shizheju to explore the geomantic planning techniques used by Qianlong in mountain gardens.Finally,the thesis restores the original appearance of Shizheju according to the historical documents,the archives of the Qing Palace and the mapping of the site,etc.,to correct the mistakes in former restoration process,so as to lay the foundation for the further studies of the mountain gardens which designed by Qianlong.The study of this thesis is not only beneficial to a more accurate understanding of Qianglong’s idea of mountain gardening,but also provides reference for today’s architecture and planning,landscape architecture and other disciplines...
