The magnetic energy product of rare-earth permanent magnet material is relatively high,but the air gap magnetic field produced by permanent magnet motor is hard to adjust,and basically remains the same.Therefore,the speed range of motor is limited.Therefore the hybrid excitation motor with electric excitation winding is introduced,which optimized the magnetic field regulation of the permanent magnet motor,and has the advantages of permanent magnet motor and electric excitation motor.However,the current hybrid excitation motor basically uses direct-current to realize flux magnetic modulation,so there is a problem of asymmetrical bidirectional magnetizing ability.Therefore,a new hybrid excitation motor structure using alternating-current magnetic modulation is also proposed,named AC modulation double staggered hybrid excitation synchronous motor.In this paper,the structure parameters and unloaded magnetic flux modulation of the motor are studied.Firstly,the topology and operation principle of the motor are introduced,and the difference between AC magnetic regulation and DC magnetic regulation is clarified.According to its structural characteristics and flux path,the flux linkage equation,voltage balance equation,power balance equation and torque equation are derived.Secondly,according to the power balance equation obtained,the active power and reactive power are analyzed,and the power angle characteristic curve of the double staggered hybrid excitation motor is obtained.Third,analysis the pole-slot combined selection of AC magnetic double staggered hebldcm,explore the influencing factors of pole and slot combination,through the simulation calculation of the motor windings in different types of lists and 48 phase method can choose the slot withing all pole slot match,and to explore the feasibility of producing thick steel sinusoidal back-EMF.The test of the dual staggered motor has verified that the back-EMF also changed when the magnitude and phase of the excitation current is changed,and the adjustment range of the magnetizing and weak magnets is symmetrical,and the equal thickness magnetic steel test proves that the equal thickness magnetic steel can also get the sinusoidal back-EMF.
