In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and the improvement of living standards,people have been pursuing a higher quality of life and yearning for a more intelligent and personalized home lifestyle.Nowadays,there are many smart home products on the market.These products allow people to experience comfort and speed while also having some problems.For example,some home gateways have high costs,signals are easily disturbed,obstacles cannot be crossed,incompatible heterogeneous networks,Poor security and other issues.The wireless communication mode has gradually replaced the traditional smart home to wired wiring mode because of its low cost of deployment,simple construction and maintenance,and the existing gateway products are mainly based on wireless communication methods such as ZigBee,Wifi,and GPRS.How to realize the interconnection between modules using the above different network protocols is an urgent problem to be solved.Power line communication technology is one of the traditional smart home wired solutions.Its greatest feature is that it does not require re-establishment of the network.Data transmission can be performed as long as there is a power line.With the advantages of good real-time performance,strong anti-interference ability and high reliability,it can solve the problems that wireless signals are susceptible to interference.In order to solve the above problems,this article first according to the actual development status of smart homes,Analyze the application scenarios and actual functional requirements of smart home gateways at the current stage.Then researched and compared the advantages and disadvantages of various mainstream wireless communication technologies and wired communication technologies in LAN applications.A protocol standard for compatible heterogeneous network co mmunications that can be used within the gateway is designed.The heterogeneous networks include a power line network,a WiFi network,a ZigBee network,an Ethernet network,and a GPRS network.The STM32F407ZGT6 with Cortex-M4 core is designed as the hardware platform,and the ?COS-II operating system and LwIP protocol stack are used as software platforms to support smart home gateways for power carrier networks,WiFi networks,ZigBee networks,Ethernet networks,and GPRS networks.For the login security problem,this paper designs a dynamic password authentication technology based on SMS,which solves the problems of password eavesdropping and tampering that may exist in the network.In order to push home internal messages to mobile phones in real time,the gateway uses the latest Internet of Things cloud platform technologyAt the same time,the gateway application has centralized management and decentralized control.The modular design solves the problems of complex structure and poor scalability.The gateway is connected to the Internet through an Ethernet or WiFi router.The user can log in to the smart home gateway web server through IE browser to perform remote control,and real-time monitoring and management of the home can also be realized by using the mobile phone App.At the same time,the gateway has a real-time alarm function for the sudden situation of the home environment: When the gateway detects that the home environment is abnormal,it will send an alarm message to the mobile phone.When the re mote user receives the message,they will log in to the App to control it to prevent the occurrence of home disaster.Experiments show that the smart home gateway designed in this paper solves the problems of heterogeneous network compatibility and communication security within the home,and has the functions of remote control,real-time monitoring and disaster alarm.After testing and analysis,it has also proved that this gateway has the advantages of good real-time performance,stable performance,and high security.It provides a practical product solution for the research and development of smart home gateways.
