Under the pressure of environmental pollution and resource shortage,the traditional car manufacturers invariably focus on new energy vehicles.Because of energy saving,low carbon,small pollution characteristics,new energy vehicles have attracted much attention at the beginning.In the Chinese government's high subsidies,the market share gradually increased.At present,new energy vehicles have been included in the "thirteen" national strategic emerging industries,the state will continue to vigorously support the development of new energy automotive industry.The future development of new energy vehicles are mainly concentrated in the field of pure electric,and in many types of power batteries,lithium batteries stand out because of safe and reliable,energy density,long life and other advantages.Also it is expected in the future for a long time will become a new energy Mainstream power supply.But the current research area on the power lithium battery is mainly focused on improving the battery performance and reliability,and on the lithium battery recycling and cascade research is seriously lagging behind.This paper holds that the recovery of power lithium battery not only save resources,protect the environment,but also promote the development of new energy automotive industry.so the recovery of power lithium battery is significant.Based on it,taking power lithium battery as the object of study,this paper analyzes the reverse logistics evolution of Power Lithium Batteries.firstly,Summing up the status of domestic and foreign battery recycling through the corresponding reading and understanding,this paper analysis the difficulties of power lithium battery recycling in China.And then four feasible recovery schemes are proposed based on the extension of producer responsibility,at the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of various schemes are analyzed.Secondly,based on the theory of reverse logistics,the evolutionary game theory is used to study the reverse logistics of power battery?first of all,building a "producer-consumer" game based on the government's regulation of consumers and examining how the government and manufacturers can guide consumers to improve the normal recovery of power lithium batteries.It is necessary for producers to raise higher recovery prices to ensure that they are competitive in the recycling market while innovating recycling services and reducingconsumer recycling costs.On the one hand,the government needs to strengthen the publicity of consumer green consumption,the other side to strengthen the supervision of consumers,also the illegal recovery of power lithium battery will not tolerate.And then,building a "government-producer" game to study the evolutionary state of the system under different decision-making in the case where the government and the producers pursue the greatest benefit.The main difficulty faced by the manufacturer in the early stage is to build the power lithium battery reverse logistics network cost is too high,so the government should put forward a reasonable reward and punishment standards to guide the manufacturers to carry out recycling,and to avoid their own reputation losses and future environmental degradation costs.Immediately before the construction of the contents of the "government-recycling" game,exploring the use of power lithium battery cascade.Next,making the Further study on how to improve the utilization rate of waste power battery cascade.This paper considers that the government's strong supervision will be to enhance the power battery cascade utilization of the main means,while the relevant areas of society should also be prepared to accept the power of the battery field.Finally,based on the previous research results and related literature summary,this paper put forward the suggests about the waste power lithium battery-related recycling,hoping to provide help for power lithium battery recycling industry in the future.
