Research On Evolutionary Game Theory Of Railway Bureau And The Third-party Logistics Based On Total Logistics

In the face of the historical opportunity of "The Belt and Road" and the realistic challenge of "the new economic normal state",China Railway Corporation realized the necessity of transition from traditional railway transportation to modern logistics.In this case,the total railway logistics came into being.Although the different railway bureaus have opened the total logistics business,there are still shortcomings of its competitiveness to carry out the total logistics activities in the highly competitive modern logistics market.It has become one of the important research directions in the field of railway freight logistics transformation and innovation development to study how to crack the cooperative partnership between railway bureaus and the third-party logistics enterprises in the process of total logistics to achieve sustained,stable,orderly and healthy development so as to accelerate the market process of total railway logistics.Given these,the present study mainly focuses on the following points:First is to discuss the research background and significance,analyze the present situation of total railway logistics at home and abroad,summarize the research contents,methods and ideas,and point out the main innovations of this study.Second is a review of the relevant concepts and theories.By defining the concept of total railway logistics,the theory of coordination and evolutionary game is expounded to provide the theoretical basis and support for the following research.Next is the specific analysis of the power and resistance that the railway may encounter to promote the process of total logistics.Based on this and the normative theory analysis results,the writer points out necessity and feasibility for the railway to carry out the total logistics under the new situation and clear the cooperative partnership between Railway Bureau and the third-party logistics enterprise under the concept of total logistics,which lays the foundation for the follow-up evolutionary game research.Then,the evolutionary game theory is used to study the transportation system at both ends of the railway logistics.By constructing the evolutionary game model of the railway bureau and the third-party logistics enterprise,the replicator dynamic equation of each game body and the jacobian matrix of the system are obtained.Finally,the writer analyzes the stability of the railway bureau,the third-party logistics enterprise and the whole system respectively,obtains the key factors that influence the long-term and stable cooperative partnership,verifies the analysis results by using the MATLAB software and then gives specific suggestions for the railway bureau and third-party logistics enterprises to establish a healthy and good partnership on the basis of the analysis results and total logistics concept.
