| Since March 15,2015,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the guiding document "Opinions on further deepening the reform of electric power system(ZF[2015]No.9)"(hereinafter referred to as "Article 9"),China’s new round of power reform is about to enter the fifth year.In the past four years,some achievements have been made in the reform of the power system,and gratifying progress has been made in the construction of the power market system,the formulation of transmission and distribution electricity prices,the reform of the power generation side and the reform of the sales side.With the construction and operation of eight spot electric power pilot projects in China,a new round of power system reform in China is about to enter a new stage.The establishment of a perfect spot market of electricity in the whole country is the next main goal of the reform of power system.Based on the key period of the establishment of the power spot market,the paper discusses the existence of the evolution equilibrium in the power spot market by using the power generation enterprise as the research object,building the evolutionary game model around the operating rules of the electric spot market.Since the evolution equilibrium of the power spot market game does not exist,the evolutionary game model based on the improved genetic algorithm is set up with the aid of the improved genetic algorithm.The main characteristic of the model is fully restoring the rules of the power spot market competition,it takes the changes of the power generation quotient quotation,the process of clearing the power trade center and the demand of different time periods in the single period into account.The model carry out the digital expression and simulation.Based on the evolutionary game model of improved genetic algorithm,several types of generators are established to compete in the spot market,including wind power generator,solar power generator and thermal power generators.The thermal power generators include traditional low efficiency thermal power generation and new high efficiency thermal power generation.This setting not only takes into account the current situation of the rapid development of new energy,but also considers the complexity and the diversity of thermal power enterprises.The setting ensures that the main body participating in the spot market competition has a wealth of categories,and then to ensure the simulation and universality of the simulation.The simulation results show that the category of demand curve(the fluctuation degree of different periods in the day)and the total demand have an impact on the income of power generation enterprises,and the category of demand curve has little influence on the overall income of power generation industry,which mainly affects the profit distribution among different power generation enterprises.The total demand has a great influence on the overall income of the power generation industry.When the total demand is reduced,the traditional inefficient thermal power enterprises will face greater competitive pressure. |
