With the gradual reduction of energy and environmental pollution,new energy vehicles are becoming more and more popular because of their features of energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection.Charging piles,as an important part of the use of new energy vehicles,have advantages such as convenient charging,safety,simple use,and intelligent operation windows,and they have become increasingly important in charging equipment,but there are inherent problems such as unstable output voltage and low efficiency.Therefore,this paper proposes a design improvement for the charging pile control system.Firstly,the development status of charging piles at home and abroad is briefly introduced.According to the functional requirements of charging piles,the charging piles are integrated with the charging method of charging piles and the control method at the end of charging.On the basis of the original charging pile,the working efficiency of the charging pile is optimized,and the control method based on the differential flattening theory PFC converter is adopted to optimize and improve the power factor,and the working efficiency of the charging pile is improved by increasing the power factor of the circuit.And detailed analysis of control methods.The hardware design and software design of the charging pile system are carried out.The designed software and hardware select the modular design processing method,which mainly includes the core control module,protection module,acquisition and transmission module,communication and display operation module and charging module.Every module was analyzed and designed in detail.Finally,through the functional analysis of the user consultation and the charging pile interface,the display of the man-machine interaction interface of the charging pile was designed and completed.After the design is completed,the modeling of the control system is completed by using Simulink software in MATLAB,and the analysis shows that the established model has a rapid dynamic response,and the advantages of low-power operation efficiency are achieved in the application of the charging pile system.After experiments and simulation tests verify the functions in the system,the results show that the circuit and model designed are feasible and effective in this paper.
