In recent years,in order to alleviate the deterioration of ecological environment and effectively deal with the increasingly serious energy crisis,countries around the world are competing to vigorously develop the electric vehicle industry.A highly integrated driving charging integrated converter can realize the efficient conversion of energy among external charging power,battery and driving motor,effectively reduce the size of converter system,improve power density and reduce product cost,which is of great significance for the design and production of electric vehicles.In this paper,the switched reluctance motor(SRM)is used to drive and charge the integrated converter for electric vehicles.The main works are as follows:Based on the three-phase SRM with a central tap winding,an integrated converter system for driving and charging,which can realize the functions of grid battery charging,solar photovoltaic panel battery charging and motor bipolar driving,is proposed.It can change the overall structure and control mode according to different operation modes.This paper analyzes the two-stage charging structure,operation process and control mode of the converter under the grid battery charging mode,and realizes the power factor correction at the input end of the grid and the constant current and voltage charging of the vehicle battery.It is proposed to realize interleaving and parallel operation of PFC circuit by using the symmetry of winding to effectively reduce the ripple of input bus current.This paper analyzes the single-stage charging structure of the converter under the solar photovoltaic panel battery charging mode,discusses the output characteristics of the solar photovoltaic panel,and realizes the maximum power point tracking control.The topology of the converter is further improved,and an integrated converter based on three-phase full bridge structure is proposed to realize the bipolar driving operation of the motor,so that the conduction loss and heat dissipation are evenly distributed among the switches and improve the reliability of the system.Based on 40 kW and 150 W three-phase SRM,the proposed drive charge integrated converter is simulated and analyzed with Matlab / Simulink simulation platform,which verifies the effectiveness of the integrated converter under various operation modes,and analyzes the influence of main circuit parameters on the operation effect.The 150 W three-phase SRM driving charging integrated converter system is built by using dSPACE hardware in the loop simulation platform,and the experimental research is carried out.The results show that the operation modes of the proposed drive charge integrated converter are effective and feasible,which can realize the energy conversion between the battery,SRM and external AC or DC charging power supply.
