| With the development of science and technology,the world is ushering in the era of Internet of things,intelligent hardware is becoming a daily necessity.At present,although there are more and more intelligent hardware products in the market,most of them only focus on the superposition of technology and function,but lack of research on the demand of target users.In today’s experience economy,the product should pay special attention to the systematic service of products,and the deep demand of deep service people.Therefore,the product design should not only focus on the object ontology of the product,but also pay more attention to the service system design of the product.Only the product that can provide the systematic demand service for the user is a good product.The rapid development of science and technology at the same time,the problem of aging society has become more and more serious,the population dependency ratio increases,intelligent hardware applied in the elderly daily life has become inevitable,the help of family caregivers of auxiliary pension has become a new trend.Based on the above background and basic judgment,this paper adopts the market research and user research of users for the elderly on wearable product needs of users,using quantitative methods to assess the population of these needs;then based on the Kano model,the classification of user needs,user needs assessment categories and priorities;finally,based on the concept of service design,summarizes the design practice and method for elderly wearable products.This design method in a series of elderly wearable product design concept and insight into the output and also validate the feasibility of this design method,and wearable smart product designers to provide ideas for the future,the main innovation of this paper is this. |
