Research And Design Of Medical Service Product For The Elderly

At present,the elderly population of China accounts for about one-fifth of the global elderly population,making it the country with the most elderly population in the world.China’s economic development lags behind the level of population aging,and various needs of an aging society is higher than the affordability of economic development.The changes in modern lifestyles and working methods have led to the weakening function of the providing for the aged of traditional families,and the elderly demand for social medical and health services continues to grow strongly.Based on years of development and practice,China has gradually formed three models,including family security,community old-age care and institutional old-age nursing.Among them,community old-age care can not only combine the comfort and convenience of home-based old-age care,but also provide social care and opportunities for the elderly to communicate with each other.Meanwhile,in contrast to institutional old-age nursing,community old-age nursing costs are relatively low and have proven to be an effective hub between family pension and institutional pension.Service design is concerned with a set of global solutions,making it widely used in many industries,such as education,health care,transportation,catering,etc.Among them,in the medical field,the remodeling of the medical service model not only enables people to enjoy more efficient and convenient medical procedures,but also effectively alleviates the contradiction between insufficient medical supply and demand in China,and makes the medical resources more widely used.Thanks to advances in the Internet of things,wearable Devices are growing fast.The field of health care is considered to be the most promising development direction.Wearable health medical products provide users with more convenient health solutions by detecting,analyzing and processing health data such as sleep,blood pressure and heart rate.Guided by service design theory,this design is based on investigation and research,proficient in the use of in-depth interviews,case analysis,service blueprints and other methods,combined with the development trend of the contemporary medical and health industry,using a combination of APP and wearable devices.Deeply tapped and played the role of community health care service as a primary health care network.The service content not only includes health consultation,rehabilitation treatment,one-touch calling and other medical and health needs,but also adds community activities,accompanying medical treatment and other functions to achieve the emotional and spiritual care of the elderly.Due to the unbalanced development of medical resources in China and not all elderly people are smart phone users,this design represents only one design direction,and provides a reference for the health care services of the elderly.
