Since the reform and opening-up,people pay more attention to the development and utilization of the urban underground space,the requirement of the city’s comprehensive disaster prevention and air defense capability are also increasing to all the people.With the rapid sustainable development of our national economy,the continual improvement of our urban construction scale and construction standards,as an important facilities which coordinated development of economic construction,the construction of civil air defense works which combined with urban construction get into the second booming climax since the late of 1960 s and 1970 s,their size and level of construction continue to increase.Supporting is an important part during the construction of underground works.This article is a simulation study for the support system during the excavation of an air defense works in Jinan to verify the reasonableness of the supporting scheme.Through the method of consulting and analyzing the domestic and foreign construction technical information of civil air defense works,summarizing the characteristics of several common support methods,especially focusing on the utility,design principles and main construction operations points of pipe-shed grouting supporting method for a detailed summary;Establish structure model of the civil air defense works construction by ANSYS finite element software,perform an elasto-plastic threedimensional nonlinear finite element simulation of it at different stages of the excavation,analysis soil deformation,surface deformation of the project in these stages.According to the results,trying to improve existing programs and applied to the construction as reference.The main work has the following aspects:First,this article combining an air defense works instance in Jinan City,Shandong Province,using ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the pipe-shed grouting support system of this construction based on the existing engineering survey and design data,studying the soil deformation and ground settlement during construction,then analyzing the deformation rule of the soil during excavation,the deformation rule of the soil and ground settlement in different excavation footage.Next,reference the results of simulation,combined with specific conditions,design the construction program of civil air defense works.Describes some difficulties and problems of the construction process,and targeted solutions is given,detailed design some process and methods in a number of important steps of the construction.In the end,focus on analyzing and evaluating the design and construction of steel support gate,propose a reasonable installation program;Analyze the problem of water proofing and make the design during the construction of the project.At last,detailed design the way of monitoring and measuring.
