The rapid development of electric vehicles depends on a variety of control system of the technological progress,power electronics and the progress of DSP technology,further improve the performance of electric drive control system of electric cars to the drive control system requirement is high conversion efficiency,wide operating range,has the largest eer,high reliability,to ensure that the vehicle has good dynamic performance and handling.It is of great significant to improve China's electric vehicle drive control system level and the industrialization of electric vehicles by researching and developing a high-level motor drive control system.The status quo of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system for electric vehicles at home and abroad is summarized.Also,the purpose and significance of the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system are introduced.Besides,the development demand of PMSM drive control system for pure electric vehicle is analyzed,which is based on the research of drive control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric vehicle.Thence,the hardware design scheme and the software design framework of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system are determined.Based on the requirement analysis of the motor controller system and decomposition of hardware and software functions,the hardware architecture and design of the motor controller are both determined.In this way,hardware schematic design,circuit board production and system debugging have been carried out with the Infineon TC1782 chips for the master chip.According to the AUTOSAR architecture,the motor controller software adopts the hierarchical design concept,which leads to the independent development of bottom driver and the communication protocol stack.It separates the underlying software from the application layer software,reduces the correlation between hardware and software,and improves the system portability.Also,the system development cycle is shortened.The space vector control algorithm is adopted to complete the core algorithm design.Finally,the joint debugging of the system is completed,also the bench test and calibration verification are finished.
