With the development of large-scale the structure,the test machine is also moving in the direction of large-scale development,Environmental vibration caused by specimens' s brittle failure will lead to damage of the testing machine and auxiliary buildings,and could lead to discomfort of nearby staffs also.this paper uses ABAQUS finite element software to carry out a series of simulation and calculation work for this problem.First of all,the test machine to fine the establishment of the model,the static analysis,modal analysis of the work,To ensure the correctness of modeling,Considering the interaction between the specimen and the testing machine,the specimen is loaded and controlled to simulate the brittle failure process of the specimen the influence of the rigidity,foundation quality,specimen size,key gap on the vibration of the testing machine was studied by using the loading step.The results show that the overall stiffness of the testing machine is bigger and the acceleration response is smaller.The greater the mass,the acceleration response;The larger the specimen size,the greater the ultimate load,the greater the acceleration response;the greater the key gap,the greater the acceleration response.At last,the simulation analysis of the vibration test is carried out.In this paper,the method of adding stiffness and Lock-up damper is used to damping the testing machine.The specimen is made of C35 concrete specimen,its size is 400?400?1800mm,The principle of stiffness selection of the additional stiffness method is determined by calculation,and the main parameters of the Lock-up damper are determined.It can be seen from the calculation and analysis that the additional stiffness method and the Lock-up damper method can achieve better vibration reduction effect due to the vibration caused by the brittle specimen.In this paper,the work of this paper is to solve the problems caused by the vibration caused by the fracture of the brittle specimen in the 40000 kN loading system of Beijing University of Technology and the failure to complete the part of the brittle test piece.The solution is put forward and the simulation analysis is done.For the follow-up of the test work to provide a reference.
