There are many power equipments in industry workshop universally, if we do not considerthe influence of dynamic load during we designed it, equipments will cause the vibrating ofworkshop when they are working. It not only affect the production and produce cracks, but alsocause structural damage. The workshop structure which has power equipments can’t avoidvibration completely, the key that make it safety is to reduce unnecessary vibration and make itin the scope which allowed. This paper is based on the adverse vibration detection and themeasure of reduce vibration. We research deeply on the problem of platform vibration andanalyse it. We put forward the reasonable reinforcement method that based on consequence.The main research work is as follows:Do the dynamic test on the spot through the ambient random vibration method and theforced vibration method. We obtained the structure dynamic performance of the workshop,including vertical vibration frequency, vertical vibration acceleration and displacement base onthe actual test. A preliminary analysis on the structural vibration reasons is done on the basis.The test result shows that the natural vibration frequency of the platform and the workingfrequency of vibration screen have similar component, so the possibility of the resonancephenomenon is existed, the vibration acceleration of the platform exceeds the code limit.Damping and reinforcement is needed for the platform structure.The finite element model is established when material parameters and machine parametersare selected. We do the mechanical analysis of the structure by SAP2000, make the comparisonbetween the platform dynamic performance,natural frequency and vertical acceleration underevery condition with measured data, examine establishment and the computation accuracy ofthe finite element model. We obtain the result that the adverse vibration result from platformstructure resonance occur under the action of vibration force of a screen through combinemeasured result and the finite element analysis result.Basing on the result of analysis, we proposed two initial reinforcement that there aresection enlargement method (scheme one) and add concrete wall (scheme two). We do the finite element analysis of the reinforcement model,we obtained the amplification of naturalfrequency of scheme one is14.64%, the amplification of natural frequency of scheme two is24.11%, the vertical acceleration of decreasing amplitude of scheme two is lower than thescheme one. We use concrete wall on the structure to reinforce and reconstruct under thereinforcement effect and the actual condition.
