The blade is one of the core components of the turbine engine.Its structure and working environment are very complicated.In order to comply with the development of the aerospace industry,it is necessary to analyze the real-time stress conditions of the engine blades by improving the structure of the engine blades and improving the resistance of the blades.To this end,a solution for installing a SAW resonance sensor on an engine blade to sense the real-time condition of the blade stress by measuring the realtime variation of the resonance parameter is proposed.This article is mainly responsible for the microwave resonance parameter rapid test technology research,developed a set of corresponding microwave resonance parameter rapid test equipment.This article first introduced the basic theory of the resonator,including the basic parameters of the resonator and its equivalent circuit.Based on this,the testing method of resonance parameters was introduced,mainly power transmission method and power reflection method.The corresponding system diagram of the test method is given,the corresponding equivalent circuit model is established,and the expression of the resonant curve is deduced,and the method of obtaining the resonant parameters is given.The test methods were also compared using MATLAB.Under the full test theory research,formulate the system overall design plan,and give the scheme diagram.In accordance with the needs of the program,targeted testing was performed on each of the devices to meet the test system requirements.For the two devices of frequency source and data collector,the MFC control software is written,and based on this,the system software is developed and the corresponding flow diagram is given.Then the system was used for data acquisition and the collected data was analyzed and processed.Firstly,the data is optimized and the filter is mainly processed by FIR lowpass filter.Then,in order to further improve the test performance of the system,a method of curve fitting using the least squares method is proposed.After hardware,software,and algorithms are available,they focus on building and integrating the entire system.From the aspects of power supply,device connection,layout of internal space and design of internal and external connections,the last microwave resonant parameter rapid tester was successfully produced to make it more portable and stable.Then the tester was field tested to verify its rapidity and accuracy,The test speed is up to 40,000 times per second,relative error of resonance frequency|?f/f|?0.035%,relative error of quality factor|?Q/Q|?10%,and the results are basically satisfactory.Finally,a detailed and detailed analysis of the DDS frequency source,active detector,data collector,and transmission line that introduces errors in the system is performed.
