The Study And Application Of Risk Prevent And Control Management System On Large-scale Road Maintenance Machinery

With the increasing improvement in the application of railway large-scale road maintenance machinery,how to promote the management in the industry is becoming a hot question.In this paper,based on the advanced management models in the world,the risk prevent and control management system has been introduced.Meanwhile,the existing problems of the railway industry the paper have been analyzed and the connotation of risk pre-control management system elaborated.By introducing the case study of Shenhua Hale Coal Mine and July 23 rd Yong Wen railway accident,the effects of the risk pre-control management system in the safety management of the large-scale road maintenance machinery are highlights.Meanwhile,starting with the practicability and industry characteristics,the application of establishing the risk prevent and control management system in the large-scale road maintenance machinery have been fully discussed.With Shenhua Maintenance Branch Company as the template,the specific building process,application and implementation effect of risk prevent and control management system have been promoted and some conclusions about security control scheme suitable for enterprises in large-scale road maintenance machinery have been suggested in the end.
