| At present,there are relatively few studies on the quality management of large-scale machine tamping operation in China.The existing literature is mainly about the systematic study of the overall wheel corridor of large-scale road maintenance machinery.At the same time,most of the researches are based on the large-scale machine transportation and inspection section.The research on the quality management of large-scale machine tamping operation is nearly a blank part from the perspective of Gongwu section.This paper analyses the problem from the point of view of Gongwu section.We selected the tamping operation of the large machine as the focus,the ballast line of the Beijing-Harbin high-speed railway under the jurisdiction of the Beijing railway bureau as an example,then we comprehensively analyzed the actual data such as public works track line quality index TQI,dynamic detection monitoring deviation and so on.Through the research on the level and management system of the large machine tamping operation in the working section line,we used the scientific quality management analysis mode of "man,machine,material,method,and environment".Finally,we obtained the problems in the tamping operation and maintenance of the Beijing-Harbin high-speed railway.Based on " Pareto Principle",this paper conducted data statistics and frequency research on its quality management.Combining the "Delphi method",we analyzed the factors affecting the tamping operation of the Beijing-Harbin high-speed railway qualitatively.Then the "analytic hierarchy process" is used to quantitatively analyze the key factors affecting the large machine tamping maintenance project of Beijing Harbin high speed railway,and formulate relevant countermeasures to improve it based on the "4M1E" and "PDCA" cycle theory.The optimization of the quality management of the tamping operation and maintenance operations will be realized through the quality management research of the tamping operation of the Beijing-Harbin high-speed railway.It has certain promotion and reference significance for the future railway bureau group companies to quickly carry out related quality management researches.There are 23 figures,28 tables and 50 references. |
