| In the background of reconstructing block scale smaller,the change on road network structure will ultimately affect transportation accessibility.The dissertation collects the urban plan theories in the process of urban development,analyzes the characteristic of block scale and road network.It proposed that the big block focus on vehicle and the smaller focus on people.Functionality thoughts result in a mass of big scale blocks in China.It also proposed that the small block can be defined as a block pattern with high density road network and mixing functions.And this kind of block is surrounded with high streets and divided by low grade streets.This dissertation summarizes the concepts and quantitative methods of accessibility and proposes a method to quantitative the transportation accessibility from global view.On this basis,it concluded that the existing methods based on space syntax is not suitable for this research.And it proposed a method takes the variables which have correlation with transportation characteristics as indicators.The degree of convenience in the content of accessibility can be described through this method.Through practical case research,this dissertation tests the applicability in case city and analyzes the actual meaning of syntax variables in correlation analysis.It also selects appropriate indicators to estimate the accessibility variation of walking traffic,bicycle traffic and vehicle traffic.Finally,it analyzes the reasons of three kinds of variations.Based on case analysis,Integration with small searching radius can describe the transportation accessibility of walking.Choice with big searching radius can do that to bicycle and vehicle.In case,the block reconstruction improved the accessibility of slow traffic and reduced that of vehicle.Normally,small block reconstruction can improve the transportation accessibility of slow traffic.But for vehicle,the variation of transportation accessibility still should be analysed in detail based on the actual case. |
