As Chinese overall strength and national income increase steadily,industrialization,informatization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization develop simultaneously,transportation needs continue to expand,and the industrial structure has undergone significant changes.The transformation of the industrial structure has led to a corresponding change in freight demand.The demand for transportation of small goods,multi-category,and high-value-added goods has increased and the growth rate of customers has far exceeded the growth rate of total cargo transportation.It is timely,accurate,and safe.Convenience and economy have become the main requirements for transportation.In addition,roads,aviation and other modes of transport are also constantly reducing the space for railway freight transport.Under such circumstances,the railway must increase the efficiency of cargo transportation,ensure the timeliness of cargo transportation,and enhance its own competitiveness.The marshaling station is an important part of the online traffic distribution and is an important part of the railway network.It is responsible for assembling and transporting a large number of cargoes and vehicles that are connected between the trunk and the branch.The operation organization is very complicated.Therefore,the marshaling station optimizing operations organizations can help railway transportation adapt to the new requirements of the convenience and timeliness of the transportation market,thereby increasing the share of railway freight market.Based on the above background,and the analysis of the equipment and operation contents of the marshaling station at the present stage,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the arrival time of the railway from the aspects of freight organization,the marshaling station operation capacity and assembly mode,the organization mode of trains,and the quality of personnel;combining with the research on the railway freight transportation process,the paper concludes that shortening the operating time at the station and optimizing the operation organization of the marshaling station can effectively shorte n the transportation time of the railway freight,improve the cargo transportation efficiency,and ensure the timeliness of the cargo.Since the marshaling station spends the longest time in the assembly process and has a large space for optimization,this paper mainly focuses on optimizing the marshaling station cargo gathering process.The main content is:(1)The paper analyzes the marshaling station aggregation model,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the fixed-point build-up mode and the fixed-layout build-up mode,and studies the characteristics of complete fixed-point build-up,relaxed conditional fixed-point build-up and fixed-point build-up under mixed mode respectively,thus it makes a summary and comparison of advantages versus disadvantages of the three fixed-point aggregation models.(2)It classifies the railway transportation goods by their four different time values with reference to different time values of goods,so as to reflect the difference in the timeliness requirements of different types of goods;from the four aspects of saving the costs from the time of cargo accumulation in the stations,additional income in terms of time savings,the loss of transport capacity and the waste of locomotive capacity it establishes economic function model to determine the minimum number of trains to be compiled.The design example obtains the minimum number of trains compiled by the marshaling stations in Yuxi,Guangtong and Kunming.(3)The paper sets the minimum number of trains in each direction of the marshaling station as the prerequisite for the departure of the train,and the shortest intermediate time as the objective function to establish the single objective and multi-conditional constraints,and optimizes the disassembly sequence of the arriving train under this mode;it designs examples,using the genetic algorithm to solve the model,gets the optimal arrival train disassembly sequence,and verifies the feasibility of the model and algorithm.
