So far,after many years of hard work by the railway sector,China’s railway has implemented six major speed increases.With the rapid expansion of the scale of the road network and the continuous increase of the operating mileage,China’s railway transport capacity has been further released,and the railway transport organization has changed too.At the same time,the usage of SAM and CIPS in marshaling station not only affects the operation of the marshaling station,but also puts forward new demands on the capacity coordination within marshaling yard or between marshaling yard and aligned railway sections.As a result,based on analysis of automation system of marshaling station,study on related issues of marshaling station capacity coordination has important significance for rational division of labor of the hub station and smooth transportation of the whole railway network.This paper firstly summarizes the research status of the automation technology and capacity of the marshaling yard at home and abroad,and analyzes the influencing factors of the capacity of the Chengdu North Marshaling Station from four aspects:the station field layout of marshaling yard,work organization,the structure of traffic flow,and the unbalanced transportation.Based on the CIPS system in Chengdu North Marshaling Station,the main operation flow and organization method of Chengdu North Marshaling Station are analyzed,and the comprehensive automation level of Chengdu North Marshaling Station is further studied,and the limitations of CIPS system are analyzed.Based on the theory of queuing theory,the model of Queuing service system in marshaling station is constructed,and the random sampling data of Chengdu North Marshaling Station is analyzed by means of statistical method.The distribution of the train arrival quantity and the train arrival time interval in Chengdu North marshaling station is analyzed,and Pearson X2 test method is used to test the accuracy of the distributions.According to the Queuing service system of marshaling station and the coordination degree theory,the coordination of the system and the coordination between the systems in Chengdu North Marshaling Station are studied.Finally,based on the vulnerable spot,the paper puts forward the relevant measures to strengthen the ability of the Chengdu North Marshaling Station.
