Research purposes: Because of its superior mechanical properties and economy,the prestressed concrete box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs has been adopted more and more widely in the construction of bridges.During service,as a metal,its corrosion can make the performance of corrugated steel webs be very different from that of design.The shear buckling of corrugated steel webs is often the controlling factor in the design process.In order to understand the effect of material corrosion on the shear buckling of corrugated steel webs,the shear buckling performance of corroded corrugated steel webs was studied in thesis.Method: First,The existing calculation formula of strength for local,integral and related shear buckling of corrugated steel webs were summarized and compared.And the assumptions used in the derivation of these formulas were summarized and compared;Then,a finite element model of corroded corrugated steel web with different corrosion parameters(including the distribution of corrosion pit,the diameter of corrosion pit,the range of corrosion,the depth of corrosion,the volume of corrosion and the corrosion position,etc)was established.And the influence rule of different corrosion parameters was analyzed by finite element method.The concept of relative equivalent corrosion area was proposed in the process.Relative equivalent corrosion area is the ratio of the ratio of corrosion volume to total volume to product of corrosion depth ratio and corrosion range ratio;Finally,the shear buckling load test of corrugated steel webs was carried out and the properties of shear buckling under four different corrosion modes were explored.The experimental results and the finite element calculation results were compared.Conclusion: The three main parameters affecting the shear buckling strength of corrugated steel webs are the range of corrosion,the depth of corrosion and the volume of corrosion;The influence rule of three parameters on the shear buckling deformation and shear buckling strength of corrugated steel webs was summarized.And the formula related to these three parameters for calculating the shear buckling strength reduction factor of corrugated steel webs was summarized;The shear buckling strength data obtained from the experiment verified the correctness of the proposed formula for the strength reduction coefficient.Through studying the shear buckling behavior of corrosion corrugated steel webs by finite element method and experiment,its change rule of shear buckling behavior of corroded corrugated steel webs is mastered preliminarily.Finally,It provides a reference for the design and related research of prestressed concrete box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs.
