Building fire protection is one of the important parts of building projects.Among them,the design review of building fire protection is the key to ensuring building fire protection,which is of great significance.However,with the diversification of today’s architectural forms and complexity of building structure,problems such as low work efficiency and lack of objectivity in the face of excessive workload have gradually emerged in the traditional design review of fire protection.As the trend of architecture in the information era,Building Information Modeling(BIM)has the ability to describe the building project in multidimensional ways,while it achieves interactive transmission between building information and other information through the effective extraction,calculation,analysis,and preservation of building information itself.Therefore,BIM technology has a theoretical basis and technical support for improving the existing mode of fire design review.In order to explore the application possibilities of BIM technology in design review of building fire protection and improve its quality,the thesis attempts to apply BIM technology to the review process,combining ontology and case-based reasoning(CBR).Accordingly,a complete framework of knowledge has been propounded.The jobs have been done in the thesis are as follows:1.Through sorting out the relevant research on domestic and foreign automatic rule checking and CBR,the author has summarized the application of automatic rule checking in architecture and its best application stage,and also analyzed the possibility of combining CBR with BIM technology.According to the above theoretical research,the framework flow of review and decision support system based on BIM and CBR is proposed.Meanwhile,BIM technology theory and BIM-based fire protection design features are discussed.And it is decided that Revit is chosen as the platform and C# is used as the development language.2.According to the characteristics of BIM system and fire inspection,a BIM-based automatic rule checking of fire protection design is achieved by completing four parts of it,including rule interpretation,model preparation,model review,and review report.3.Through the combination of ontology and CBR knowledge,the CBR-based design decision support system is constructed to provide solutions for the review results.This thesis uses Protégé to construct the ontological knowledge and determine the calculation parameters,and uses the calculation method of AHP+TOPSIS as the basis of CBR comprehensive ranking to form a set of reliable design decision support system.4.At last,through a practical case,the feasibility of the combination of BIM and CBR in automatic rule checking and design decision support of building fire protection design is verified.Based on the automatic rule checking of fire protection design,BIM and CBR,a complete BIM-based review-solving process is proposed.It can be used to improve the traditional manual design work mode of fire protection review and optimization,as well as its efficiency and accuracy.
