With the increasing number of subway passenger flow and risk factors are increasing rapidly, security has become the eternal theme of the subway operation system, and also become a hot spot of concern in the whole society. The analyses of thesis are mainly around four aspects of the subway system: human factors, mechanical and electrical equipment factors, environment factors and management factors,it studies the basic theory, the method selection, the establishment of models, and the control strategy, which is of practical guiding significance to improve the safety management level of subway operation.First, this article collected and analyzed typical subway accidents at home and abroad as of 2016,determined the hazard sources that led to fire and outage accidents as the research object, and combed the methods commonly used for hazard identification and hazard classification in the system, summarized the adaptive conditions and advantages and disadvantages of each method, compared to the selection of the method for hazard identification and hazard classification of the system.Secondly, combined with the characteristics of the subway operation system, this paper construct a hazard classification method suitable for the system—FGAO Method, which is made up of the advantages of Fault Tree Analysis Method,Grey Correlation Analysis Method and AHP-optimal ordinal number method. Then, the Fault Tree Analysis Method is used to qualitatively analyze the hazard sources that cause the main accidents in the subway operation system,we build the hazard identification table and classify them according to the four aspects of human factors, mechanical and electrical equipment factors, environment factors and management factors. On this basis, the relevant data in the schedule are classified and counted, and the Grey Correlation Analysis Method is applied to quantitatively analyze the danger level of dangerous sources under different reference indexes. After obtaining a single ranking of the correlation degree of hazard sources relative to each reference index, then by using AHP-optimal ordinal number method to synthesize them,we will get the total optimal number of hazard sources relative to all reference indexes, according to the size of the optimal ordinal number, the total order of hazard sources danger level is obtained, and the hazard sources classification table is formed. Finally, according to the actual situation of the subway operation system, combined with the classification results of hazard sources, from the four aspects of human factors, mechanical and electrical equipment factors, environment factors and management factors,we put forward the control strategy of dangerous sources,so as to ensure the safety of subway operation.
