With the rapid development of national economy,people's living standards and quality of life have got improved.The application of entral air-conditioning system is getting more and more universal in all type of buildings.But the serious energy and environmental problems by the energy consumption of air-conditioning industry are disturbing workers and owners' attentions.The energy consumption of air conditioning accounts 60 to 70 percent of the total building energy consumption.It is obvious that the energy consumption of different heat and cold sources have large gaps.So designers need to choose the optimal program in a number of possible plans.And this is the most important task in the design stage.So the optimization and selection of air-conditioning heat and cold sources becomes more important in the design.Firstly,the mathematical model of heat and cold resources is established based on the research of grey relational analysis principles.The objective is to improve the accuracy and ease the operation.In the process of deciding index weight and qualitative indicators,the expert scoring methodis used to reflect the weight of each evaluation and to guarantee the correctness for the final decision.This paper analyzes the energy status and the energy consumption of air-conditioning systems.That leads the research direction of this paper to optimize air-conditioning heat and cold sources.Optimization of heat and cold sources major in energy saving,economical and reasonable solution.And the electric compression chillers,absorption chillers,heat pump,boiler and municipal heating network are analyzed and summarized.Based on the research above,full life-cycle cost,standard coal consumption and emissions of air pollutants are chosen as quantitative indicators,operability and development flexibility are chosen as qualitative indicators to select and evaluate air-conditioning heat and cold sources.And the weigh factors are calculated by experts.The preferred model above is applied to the heat and cold resources decision of an office building in Tianjin.The hourly cold,heat and electric load are got through eQUEST softwar.According to local energy policy,the feasible systems are chosen.The energy consumption of each system are calculated.So the optimal system-ground source heat pump system stands out.The ground source heat pump can suit the function of the office better.The case studies,on the one hand verify the feasibility of the proposed method of grey ralational analysis,on the other hand provide a better heat and cold source for the office building.And it reflects the practical application value of grey relational analysis applied in the heat and cold source decision,highlights the application value of this paper.
