Construction industry is China’s basic industries, but also it is the safetyaccident-prone industry. As the mainstream of modern architecture buildings, mostaccidents occur in building high-rise buildings each year. Inhibiting the building ofsecurity incidents on the promotion of China’s economic modernization and thebuilding of spiritual civilization has very important significance. Based on thehigh-rise construction site in-depth study, we get some results. The main researchwork is:(1) Based on the conclusion of the domestic and foreign literature researchfoundation in high-rise building construction site, this thesis uses the hazardidentification method, analyzes the influential high-rise building construction safetyrisk factors, and establishes a comprehensive high building construction site safetyevaluation index system.(2) Influence of high-rise building construction site risk factors are analyzed, andthrough the fault tree this thesis analysis principle of risk factors, and puts forward thepreventive measures.(3) The LEC method research method is used to determine the weights of thehigh-rise building safety evaluation index, and grey theory is applied in the indexsystem evaluation. Construction site is selected for empirical research, providingreference for decision makers.(4) Based on the basis of analysis and evaluation in the front, PDCA cyclemanagement method is putted forward. The thesis puts forward three constructionworks for the on-site safety management, in order to strengthen the safetymanagement of construction site.
