The magnetorheological damper has the advantages of simple structure,low power consumption and adjustable damping force,and it is widely used in many fields.Fuzzy control is one of the most commonly used control methods in magnetorheological damper,but the fuzzy rules and membership functions of fuzzy control are subject to the restriction of subjective experience.Therefore,combined with the current research situation,the research on the control algorithm of magnetorheological damper is of some value.In this dissertation,the fuzzy control algorithm of magnetorheological damper is optimized and analyzed,and the damping effect is analyzed in MATLAB/SIMULINK:(1)The model of MR damping structure and the relationship between the yield stress and the current of damper are analyzed.The dynamic simulation model of the structure is established in the simulation platform.(2)In SIMULINK platform,using El-centro wave,Taft wave and artificial wave as the excitation structure in the structure and no control,passive control and fuzzy control numerical simulation,results in larger amplitude under the condition of passive control and fuzzy control will make the structure of the layer displacement and get better acceleration control;fuzzy control has more applicability in structure for vibration.(3)The use of genetic algorithm to optimize the fuzzy rules and membership function in MATLAB,the simulation of the three storey building structure installation MR damping device,the three layer structure are respectively in the four conditions as follows: under no control,fuzzy control,optimization control,genetic algorithm optimization only rules genetic algorithm rules membership function and control.The results show that the control of genetic algorithm,genetic algorithm and optimization only rules optimization rules and membership functions compared to non optimized fuzzy control,control of the optimized fuzzy control than non optimized damping effect;control effect and optimization of control rules and membership functions than single optimization rules obviously.(4)The optimized fuzzy control is used to control the whole structure of the three layer by numerical simulation.The results show that the damping effect of the displacement and acceleration of each layer in the separate control is better than that of the overall control.
