Magnetorheological Damper is a practical application of intelligent materials in many engineering practice,referred to as MR damper,which has the basic characteristics of semi-active control,but in order to fully play its role in the project,we need achieve intelligent control of the MR damper.And so the MR damper requires an external power supply to collect energy to supply current to its coil in order to generate an electromagnetic field that excites the magnetorheological fluid.Considering the complexity of the actual engineering environment,the flexibility required by the equipment and the reliability of the energy source,this paper combines the domestic and international research on the energy control of the MR damper and the engineering application of a large number of solar energy collections.MR damper solar energy supply control system design,in order to solve the practical engineering of the MR damper energy control problem.This topic is to solve the problem that the solar panel absorbs the solar energy storage of the battery and controls the supply current of the MR damper.The main contents are as follows::(1)Making a study of the MR damper in various parts of the solar power system composition and working principle and characteristics,focusing on mathematical modeling and analysis for the input and output of MR damper,and doing the experimental data fitting.The theoretical and experimental data are provided for the design of the control scheme and the specific program.(2)Taking into account of the system to achieve the control requirements and the working environment,examining the local year of light intensity changes and combining the results of the study and the load dampers operating parameters to select the appropriate output power of solar panels,the appropriate capacity of energy storage equipment.For the growth of battery life and improvment of the efficiency of solar energy collection and solar energy utilization,designing the effective and fast program.The transfer function of the system is calculated and the mathematical expression of the transfer function is calculated according to the physical model of the load and the related circuit.The mathematical expression of the transfer function of the system is simulated by MATLAB.The amplitude and frequency curve is obtained and the Bode graph is observed.If the system is unstable Select the appropriate regulator correction system,such as PID adjustment,through SIMULINK simulation to adjust the adjustment parameters,making the participation of the regulator to achieve the purpose of improving the system design.(3)According to the determined control scheme,the hardware circuit and software algorithm of the solar energy supply control system of the MR damper are designed.Each module of the controller is designed for the work of the solar power supply control system of the MR damper.The whole hardware system is based on the ARM Cortex-M4 and the structure of the STM32F103ZET6 is the core control chip,external auxiliary is the photovoltaic panel voltage detection circuit,battery voltage detection conditioning circuit,charging circuit module,MR damper power supply control circuit,and other peripheral circuit design.The software part of the design includes the charging control program of the energy storage,the power supply control program of the load MR damper,and the PID control algorithm.Then the control algorithm in the programming software in the form of C language,with Altium Designer circuit wiring,PCB processing after welding into a circuit board,through the power input after the relevant test procedures to verify that the control circuit board can work properly.(4)Connecting the solar panels,batteries,controllers and other equipment,doing experiments of the entire solar power supply system and MR damper current control of the physical,the experiments are under different conditions,and recording the working conditions data,observing the experimental results.According to the conditions,adjusting the relevant procedures or modifying the parameters of the components on the hardware to make the system more stable and accurating in the application of the actual engineering.Experiments show :After repeated adjustment of the program,the controller can change the rate in different charging stages with the participation of the PID correction algorithm,and can change the output corresponding current to the MR damper according to the vibration of different sizes.
