Study On Landscape Renewal Design Of Industrial Wasteland In Harbin

At present,China is in the stage of new industrialization and rapid urbanization.City renewal to meet the rapid expansion of the city increasing the demand for construction land,waste industrial zone in the city has become the preferred target.Update the city industrial structure adjustment,the implementation of the strategic retreat into the relocation of industrial enterprises,bring a large number of industrial with the update is changing the structure and function of the city.Especially in the background of the country's strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China,the Harbin urban renewal and the transformation of the industrial wasteland have been ushered in new opportunities.At present,more and more old factories in Harbin are facing the transformation,which brings about a series of environmental problems and social problems.How to carry on the reasonable development and utilization of these old industrial areas,reflect the modern urban environment and the new features of the city are the important problems in the process of urban renewal in Harbin.First of all,through the study of domestic and foreign related theories and cases,this paper expounds the two aspects of the landscape features of the industrial wasteland and the replacement of the industrial wasteland.Secondly,through to the Harbin flax factory machinery factory,machine,oxygen machine factory,Songjiang motor factory,Star Machinery Factory,vehicle factory and other eighteen industrial wastelands,field research,analysis of Harbin City Industrial Wasteland situation and put forward the current Harbin City Industrial Wasteland landscape renewal design in land adjustment planning and the lack of integrity,development mode and the lack of humanistic care,the historical context of fracture and other practical problems;And summed up the main reason leading to the Harbin City Industrial Wasteland renewal problems: lack of scientific evaluation system and standards,Harbin cold climate control,government protection is not enough,the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect,excessive pursuit of economic benefits,the ways of financing and financing system of the single and low public participation,social publicity weak.Finally,through to the domestic and foreign classic case value extraction,combination of theory research and field research,the classification of industrial waste land was investigated,and the value of different resources of industrial wasteland was analyzed from three aspects of social value,environmental value and economic value.This paper aims at three different modes: renovation and construction of Industrial Park,the Museum of Arts and culture,construction of Creative Industrial Park,the construction of city green parks,from industrial wasteland restoration of the ecological environment,use of abandoned industrial buildings adaptability and reconstruction of the spirit of place put forward specific design strategies.Constructs the design framework of the landscape renovation of industrial waste land in Harbin,which provides a reference for the urban renewal,resource integration and the development of the post industrial landscape in Harbin.
