Simulation And Experimental Analysis Of Wood Fiber Air Filter Based On Boltzmann

The air filter is one of the main parts of the automobile engine,it can not only filter the impurities into the air in the cylinder,improve the service life of the engine,but also has the effect of silencing.Currently the most widely used air filter is filter paper folded into,not only short service life,high manufacturing cost,and the waste of filter is not easy to handle.Air filter wood fiber belongs to renewable resources,with good prospects for development,based on the method of Boltzmann,the research and analysis of the filtration performance of wood fiber air filter.In this paper,the current domestic and international research of filtration theory,combined with the characteristics of fiber filter,the Boltzmann method and the fiber filtering theory,respectively on the single fiber and fiber layer filtration performance simulation analysis;discusses the single fiber filtration in the process of interception,inertial filter efficiency and the diffusion effect of the individual in parallel,factors affecting the filtration resistance and efficiency arrangement and staggered arrangement of the fiber layer filtration process;structure of factors affecting air filter considering the above three kinds of filtering mechanism are analyzed,the wood fiber air filter with equivalent radius of fiber,fiber filling rate and the thickness of the filter changes curve,provide as for the wood fiber air filter theory.Based on the above theory,the use of advanced processing technology was prepared with wood fiber air filter requirements,design the test performance of air filter,air filter of different structural parameters were tested,and the filtration performance of air filterbetween wood fiber and the original filter element.The experiment results show that the filtration efficiency of wood fiber air filter is more than 98.5%,filtration resistance is less than 300 Pa,the national standard is reached.at the same time,The fuel consumption and fuel consumption of wood fiber air filter are lower than that of the original filter element,and the economy and power are also Better than the filter paper filter,which filled the rate of 0.03 air filter the best economic and dynamic.
