The low-voltage distribution network in the city is the terminal part of the whole power system, and it is an important task to allocate electricity to each electrical unit.Distribution network planning results directly affect the transformation of the distribution network and grid to enhance the implementation of the project the merits of the project to determine the completion of the project after the distribution network reliability and power quality to meet the needs of social development,we can see,Distribution network planning work in the entire power industry has a pivotal position. However, although the research and practice of distribution network planning at home and abroad has been carried out for a long time,a lot of achievements have been made. However, urban low-voltage distribution network planning is an important part of urban planning and construction, and social science Technology development, the continuous deepening of urban construction, social and economic environment is inseparable, can be said to be a constantly changing dynamic process, distribution network planning methods should also keep pace with the times, into the city planning,to adapt to society development of.From the actual situation in the region and the past distribution network planning results survey found that the current distribution network planning work is still inadequate:First, the current distribution network planning work is still mainly by artificial distribution network operation and economic data and other data collection and preparation, planning results are not well combined with urban planning,at the same time, the planning process involved in urban terrain,Underground pipe network routing and other data has not been taken seriously, the lack of comprehensive data on the comprehensive calculation and analysis, failed to form a unified platform to support the power grid planning work required information and information bearing, there is no system to manage the grid planning The whole process, affecting the scientific and rigorous planning of the power grid;Second, the power system every day to produce a large number of geographically related data, and to give full play to the capacity of existing equipment, must be able to timely and accurately grasp the distribution Equipment status and geographical location of the data, and rapid processing and analysis;Third, the planning process of the grid structure design and line direction and other issues also need to plan a clear understanding of the power grid structure and topography information. At present, the management of these information is still scattered, isolated, which largely affected the efficiency of the grid planning work.In order to solve the above problems,an intelligent forecasting and decision support system is developed. The GIS system can deal with the characteristics of spatial and non-spatial data at the same time, combining the attributes of the existing GIS system of Foshan Power Supply Bureau with the actual distribution data(Such as geographical location, pipeline direction, power grid topology, equipment parameters, load information, etc.)are integrated into a unified grid planning data platform, the use of the data platform to build a set of Based on GIS,the decision support and management system of distribution network planning is used to assist the Shunde Power Supply Bureau to analyze the current situation of distribution network, and can formulate the planning plan according to the analysis result, compile the planning report, establish the auxiliary decision support function,Thus reducing the labor intensity of power grid planners, improve the efficiency of distribution network planning and planning program technical economy.
