With the rapid development of information and network technology, information of the power industry has been unprecedented development. Information integration is an essential requirement for the development of information. Power system information integration can integrate resources on the electricity industry supply chain; achieve business data between different systems in the smooth flow and cross-system business operations, and also the basis of data mining and auxiliary decision support. Standardization is basis of information integration, including standardization of communication protocols, data modeling standardization, the standardization of electronic documents, graphics interactive standardization.With the standardization of management, the complexity of information systems integration can be significantly reduced, the standardized and refinement level of distribution management can also be improved. The realization of standardized distribution network management, not only requires the construction of electricity information systems must meet the standards of information integration, but also need do many things form other fields. For example, need to constantly improve the standards of China's power industry and enterprise standards, to ensure the development of electric power healthily and sustainable; constantly innovative system and management model in order to adapt to the fierce market competition, such as establish performance management system, strengthen the management of distribution network equipments as the means of production, in order to achieve the full life cycle management; further strengthen the depth of information management systems, change information statistics to decision-making support of systems; strengthen the coordination of urban construction and actively adopt advanced technologies such as GIS, etc. This thesis studies China's power industry and enterprise standards, full life-cycle management of distribution network equipments as well as auxiliary decision support of distribution network management.The description of lines in medium-voltage distribution network is divided into physical description and importance degree description. Physical description includes overhead lines, cable lines and mixed lines. Importance degree description includes main trunk, sub-trunk and branch lines. Due to the existing power industry standards and enterprise standards have none clear description or explanation to above concepts; it is not conducive to the regulation of distribution network. Analysis the above-mentioned concepts, and the definitions of them are given, helping the relevant standards' further improve and distribution management's standardization.This thesis established a new flow chart of full life-cycle management of distribution network equipment. The new process includes four parts- the planning, design, construction and operation of the management. It does contribute to maintenance and management unification of the basic dates, and the strengthening of collaboration and information sharing between different departments.In order to effectively use accumulated huge amounts of data, and achieves the changes information statistics to decision-making support of information management systems, first, this thesis analysis the main factors of equipment failure, and prompt the idea of early warning analysis of equipment based on decision tree. Second, this thesis establishes comprehensive evaluation system of equipment selection, analysis the procedures of equipment selection to decision-making support based on fuzzy mathematical principles and Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP).
