As an important part of the power grid, the distribution network plays an important part in distributing the electric power to the users. However, many problems are still existing in the distribution network nowadays, such as the disordered connection modes, improper distribution of the electric power and low utilization rate of equipment. These problems lead to the increase of the network loss. Aiming to solve the problems above, the energy-saving technologies of the distribution network should be enhanced to reduce the energy loss and save the electricity charge. Thus, in order to meet the needs of rapid development of society and economy, it's important to evaluate the energy-saving condition of the distribution network and provide users with the energy-saving assistant decision.Firstly, three aspects of the distribution network are taken into consideration, including the structure and equipment condition, technical levels of management and operation, rationality of the user electricity. Based on these aspects, a new evaluation index system for the distribution network is established, and an energy-saving evaluation method which is based on the short plank law and the sort according to energy-saving benefits is presented. Based on the evaluation index system and method above, the general design of the energy saving analysis and decision support software system for distribution networks is presented in this thesis. After illustrating the design concept, this thesis analyzes three aspects of the functional requirement in detail, including basic data processing, operation optimization and energy-saving evaluation. Then, the data flow chart and system structure are designed and the related key technologies are analyzed briefly.Secondly, this thesis analyzes the key technologies supporting the software in detail, including software algorithm and the methods for obtaining data and displaying the results. As for the software algorithm, the calculation method of the transmission line parameters based on the flow data is analyzed in detail, as well as the on-line two-winding power transformer parameter evaluation method and the state estimation algorithm of the distribution networks. In the aspects of the data procurement and results display, the automatic generation method for the single line diagrams of the transformer substation and subnet is put forward, as well as the evaluation results display method based on the hyperlinks between web pages.Synthesizing the design concepts and key technologies mentioned above, this thesis has delivered the JN-100 energy saving analysis and decision support software system for distribution networks. And this software has been applied to a distribution network in Shanghai. It has got instructive results of the distribution network evaluation and given the related advice for assistant decision.Energy saving analysis and decision support software is easy to use, comprehensive and reliable. The software can effectively improve the efficiency of the distribution network, it provides enterprise the basis for seeking high efficiency and low cost distribution network.
